Returns

Returns are accepted only if the product is unused, sealed and in the original box. Furthermore, we only accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. If an order error or damaged product is received, this must be communicated within 30 days of receipt for a solution. Please allow up to 5 business days for the return to be processed once delivered to our facility.

Return shipping is at the expense of the buyer. However, if in rare case the product arrives defective or an incorrect item is received, please contact us for a prepaid return label which we would be happy to provide.

Be sure to include your five-digit order number within the return packaging.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returned product that is opened and/or used for any reason. If an opened/used product is returned to us, we have the discretion to mail the product back without refund.

U.S. Domestic Shipping

Processing Time

Orders placed before 11:00 a.m. CST Monday - Friday will be processed and shipped the same day, excluding federal holidays. Orders placed after 11:00 a.m. CST or on weekends will be processed the following business day. In the event that more information is required to process your order, the order may be held until the required information is collected.

In 2024, the U.S. postal holidays fall on the following dates:

Shipping Carrier

All domestic orders ship with USPS or UPS, depending on package weight and carrier rates. Orders under $50 ship at a $3 flat-rate fee via USPS Ground Advantage Mail, and arrive within 3-6 days. Orders over $50 ship free via USPS or UPS Ground.

For expedited delivery, select UPS Air or USPS Priority Mail Express at checkout. To ensure next day receipt of UPS Next Day Air packages, place your order by 11 am CST, Mon-Thurs.

As a form of security against stolen/missing packages, orders over $300 automatically require a signature upon delivery at no additional cost to the buyers.

Packag Tracking

All orders receive an automated confirmation email with a carrier tracking number for your package when the shipping label is printed. You may also access your tracking numbers in your Harben House account.

Freight Forwarders

Once the order is processed and the tracking number has confirmed delivery, Harben House has completed its duty and is no longer liable for the package or further shipping transactions to international addresses.

Customs, Taxes, & Duties

Customs & duties are to be paid by the receiver and are due upon delivery. Unfortunately we are unable to calculate the costs for your package ahead of time, as duties are determined by the country of receipt. If the package delivery is refused or an incorrect address is provided, the shipping fee is non-refundable.

International Shipping

Where does Harben House ship?

Harben House is authorized to ship to most countries around the world and the currently approved countries are listed below. If you do not see your country, please send a request by email at hello@harbenhouse.com and we'll review the international shipping policies and get back to you soon.

Approved international ship-to countries: Australia, Austria, Bahrain, Belgium, Brunei, Bulgaria, Colombia, Denmark, Finland, France, Hong Kong, Hungary, Ireland, Japan, Malaysia, Maldives, Malta, Mauritius, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Romania, Singapore, Slovenia, South Africa, Switzerland, Taiwan, Thailand, United Arab Emirates, and the United Kingdom.

Unapproved international ship-to countries: Belarus, India, Indonesia, Italy, Mexico, Portugal, Russia, Saudi Arabia, and Spain.

Processing Time

For international orders, please factor in 1-2 days of processing before the package is officially in-transit depending on carrier pickup. In the event that more information is required to process your order, the order may be held until the required information is collected.

International orders must be complete by having all items in-stock before shipping. Multi-shipments are not possible, so shipping of the package may have a delay and you will be notified by email if there is a hold on the package for this reason. Aerosols may not be included in the order as this packaging type must be shipped by air- a refund will be credited back if a specific product may not be shipped due to mandatory shipping regulations.

Shipping Carrier

DHL Express is our preferred international carrier. With 3-5 day delivery, accurate tracking, great customer support, and signature confirmation your package will soon be safely and quickly received.

Customs, Taxes, & Duties

Customs & duties are to be paid by the receiver and are due upon delivery. The cost due is determined by the receiving country based on the value of the package. Unfortunately, this cost cannot be calculated by us in advance. If the package is refused the shipping fee is non-refundable. Packages must be marked as merchandise and cannot and will not be marked as a gift.

Restrictions

We are not authorized to ship AnteAGE Skincare products outside of the United States and Canada.

Defective & Product Pump Issues

Pump Not Working

Many skincare products now use airless pumps, which can sometimes be clogged by an air bubble and appear to be defective. In the majority of cases, it's very easy to fix & get your product flowing, please use the directions below:

Turn the bottle upside down with the cap on and tap it on a hard surface (like a table or palm of hand) several times. Afterwards, uncap the product and "prime" the pump by pressing it about 5-7 times. This should remove any air bubbles, and you should not have to do this in the future.

This works about 90% of the time and should only have to be done once, but if the product is still not freely flowing contact us for an exchange.

Packaging

We package all orders in sturdy, size-matched cardboard boxes, with tissue paper to protect product packaging from damage. Additional padding is used for fragile items.

We utilize a PCI Compliant credit card processing company known as Authorize.net to process payments. We may also offer other PCI Compliant payment options such as PayPal and Google Checkout. For newsletters, special event notifications, and promotions we utilize only the best, most trusted companies, such as MailChimp. Information that is shared with these authorized third parties is secure and is not distributed.
