Returns are accepted only if the product is unused, sealed and in the original box. Furthermore, we only accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Allow up to 3 business days for the return to be processed once delivered to our facility.
Return shipping is at the expense of the buyer. However, if in rare cases the product arrives defective or an incorrect item is received, please contact us for a prepaid return label which we would be happy to provide.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returned product that is opened and/or used for any reason such as wrong color (excluding jane iredale cosmetics), unfavorable reaction, simply do not like, etc. If an opened/used product is returned to us, we have the discretion to mail the product back without refund.

AIRLESS PUMP ISSUE- NOT DISPENSING CORRECTLY
Many of the products we carry have an airless pump that can sometimes become clogged by an air bubble and appear not to work or be defective. There is a simple fix to get your product flowing, please use the directions below:
Turn the bottle upside down with the cap on and tap it on a hard surface (like a table) several times. Afterwards, uncap the product and "prime" the pump by pressing it about 5-7 times. This should remove any air bubbles, and you should not have to do this in the future.
This works about 90% of the time, but if the product is still not freely flowing contact us for an exchange.
Price matching is not offered at this time.
HOURS OF OPERATION and CONTACT INFORMATION
We are closed on weekends and holidays. All orders placed over the weekend will be processed on the next business day and phone calls will be returned then as well. Email inquiries will be answered within 24 hours of receipt. Please refer to our Contact Page for details.
Orders placed before 11:00 am CST Monday - Friday will be processed and shipped the same day, excluding holidays. Orders placed at 11:00pm CST or later will be processed the following business day. Orders placed on weekends are processed the following business day. In the event that more information is required to process your order, the order may be held until the required information is collected.
We only offer shipping within the United States and its territories, including PO Box addresses. We are located in Austin, Texas.
We do not currently offer international shipping.
All processed orders will contain tracking information. Once the order is processed, delivered, and a tracking number is obtained, Texas Beauty Company has performed its duty to deliver the package.
United States Shipping
Free standard shipping is available on all orders. The only shipping provider we use at this time is USPS. Shipments are typically received within 2 to 5 business days.
We package all orders in sturdy, white, unmarked cardboard boxes. Additional padding is used for fragile items.

Texas Beauty Company does not sell, offer, give away, share, or expose your name, address, or any personal information to marketing agencies, or unauthorized third party companies. We utilize a PCI Compliant credit card processing company known as Authorize.net to process payments. We may also offer other PCI Compliant payment options such as PayPal and Google Checkout. For newsletters, special event notifications, and promotions we utilize only the best, most trusted companies, such as MailChimp. Information that is shared with these authorized third parties is secure and is not distributed.
