5 Ways to Keep Skin Healthy in the Sun May 18, 2017
There are so many fun activities to do in the summer sun! Whether your favorite summer activity is sunbathing, swimming, reading on the beach, or volleyball, make sure you are keeping your skin healthy and safe.
There are many problems directly related to harmful rays emitted from the sun. These health concerns include topical issues such as age spots, wrinkles, or discolorations. Or sometimes these harmful rays can cause life-threatening issues like sun poisoning or skin cancer.

Tip 1) Dress the Part
What you wear plays a huge role into how protected your skin will be in the sun. If you are planning on relaxing out on the beach for a day, we recommend making sure you have a hat and sunglasses.
